FAQ - smartphone app installation
403 Error when trying to log in to the application
403 error (unauthorized access) is known to show when the application has stored a faulty access token in it's database. This key can either be revoken, expired or unkown. This issue prevents the user to login, as the login buttons are not shown.
Solution
Delete Application data and cache in the phone settings.
Press the Toecan app logo until the information popup appears.
Press the "i" information button on the top right.
This opens the "App info" screen. Scroll down to "Storage"
On the app storage page, use the "Clear Data" button on the bottom left to clear all data for the app.
